Inside, the space hums softly with the relaxed energy of people savoring hearty plates and sharing stories across tables. The pace here invites you to linger — to unwrap a thick, tender brisket, layered with smoky warmth and a touch of tangy sauce, and to enjoy the way classic sides like creamed corn and cornbread stitch together what feels like a familiar, well-loved meal. There’s a certain joy in the generous portions, a sense of abundance that encourages sharing and moments that stretch just a little longer.
The team behind Big B’s Texas BBQ carries a genuine pride in their craft that comes through in both their smiles and the careful attention to flavor. It’s a place where the smells of smoked meats meld with the chatter of satisfied diners, and the waiting is part of the promise—it means the food is made with care. You might find yourself drawn to the layered textures of a brisket and pulled pork plate, or the comforting heft of a towering sandwich packed with bold, smoky meats. The sides add their own story, balancing richness with fresh, sometimes unexpected touches.
For those who have grown up with barbecue traditions, Big B’s can feel like a warm nod to those flavors, even if it wears its own local character. For newcomers, it’s an open invitation to discover Texas BBQ through tender meats, house-made sauces, and sides that hint at family recipes and honest cooking. The corner booth might host first-timers marveling at the size of a sandwich, or regulars settling in for a meal that tastes like coming home.
This is a spot where the spirit of craft meets everyday comfort, where every plate offers a story told in smoke and sauce, and where the simple act of sharing a meal feels a little richer. Whether it’s a casual weekday dinner or a weekend treat, Big B’s Texas BBQ serves up more than food—it offers a chance to slow down, connect, and savor a bit of something real in Henderson’s evolving dining scene.

We were suppose to go to Tommy’s Burger- as my husband insist but I would pick somewhere else so we ended up going to Big B’s BBQ right accross to Tommy’s and I’m glad we tried their BBQ- it was amazing! So good, brisket was so tender, staffs are nice and friendly! We will come back again that’s for sure!

Food was delicious, good sized portion for 16 bucks, it was a lot of food. Burger was so good, it was really tall though, hard to get a good bite or grip on it. Had me wishing I was scooby doo so i could eat it normally. Mac and cheese was bland, would recommend probably getting a different side, bbq beans were good though. Would recommend overall, good bbq

Good but not great. Both the brisket and sausage could have had more smoke to them. Potato salad was very good but the bbq beans had way too much what tasted like tomato sauce in them and were quite frankly bad. I'm from Texas so maybe I'm judging a little harsh. But hey, if you're calling yourself Texas BBQ I expected it to be a little better.

The food was fantastic! I had the turkey, brisket, and tri-tip. All were really good but I'd say the tri-tip was the best of the three. It was really tender and flavorful. For sides I had the corn bread and corn on the cob and both of those were also delicious. The cob corn was really juicy. The corn bread had corn kernels in it and tasted like it was baked with some honey in it. For drinks they have a Coke freestyle machine. I know not everyone is a fan but I really like them. The only partial downside was that seating was mostly large picnic tables which aren't very comfortable, but it worked OK for our large group.

We can't tell you enough how we have been waiting for a fantastic BBQ place to show up in this side of town. The atmosphere was such an upgrade compared to the last restaurant that was in this place. Along with the service and food to match! We walked in on the second day of soft opening so we weren't expecting much but boy were we in for a major surprise! Every dish we ordered was absolutely amazing! The half Rack of ribs were caked with dry rub and cooked to perfection. When eating ribs with my wife, I usually need to cut the meat off the bone, but that action was futile. I want to go move the ribs by a bone and the bone literally slid right out and the meat fell off the bone. The brisket was dripping with juice and perfectly smoked. The corn bread was exactly how I like it; a hint of sweetness a little chewy and doesn't fall apart in your hands. The fries were not typical either. They were delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Then came the green beans..... Oh the green beans!!! Covered in garlic and butter yet wasn't drenched to the point of feeling heavy. The fries were not typical either. They were delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Every dish was made as if they were trying to perfect them individually. Usually there is one dish that falls short. So far, not at this restaurant. As for the service, my wife was looking for a place to park her wheelchair and the only spot that would accommodate her wheelchair was a huge round table. And it looked like it was just her, even then this tall gentleman rushed to pull out a chair to make space for her. I walked over and said we have four total but we can't fill up this table. He kindly said not to worry it's not a problem at all. On top of just opening and people learning the operations of this establishment, the customer service was fantastic. Oh I almost for to mention the price! Earlier in the day we just spent $26 for a meal and a half at fatburger. Here we spent $32 on two meals and a soda. If Big B's can keep all these aspects up, especially the quality and taste, we will be coming here so long as we live in Vegas. SO HAPPY WE HAVE A GREAT BBQ PLACE HERE! BIG THUMBS UP FOR BIG B'S TEXAS BBQ!!!!!

Big B’s Texas BBQ served up hearty, flavorful comfort food with that classic Texas-style charm. The meats were tender and smoky, with great seasoning and generous portions. The sides were fresh and satisfying, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Service was friendly and efficient, creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a great spot if you’re craving authentic, no-frills barbecue.
